Southall (The Broadway) is great for haggling...becasue there is just so much competition there. Usually when i'm there, they get the suit out for me, i drop the amount of money i am willing to pay on the table, and walk away with the suit... works everytime. :)
My daddi does that, right after she has taken the monies out of her bra!
