Take your own sunscreen with you. Its a must and don't forget to re-aaply every 2 hours or so. Regarding foundation, powder should be better or summers, take your own. If you want to get anything stiched, buy fabric and give it for stiching first thing as tailors never give them on time. Tell them you need it urgent even then they take more time then promised. Never give the actual deadline of the date when you want clothes but a few days earlier, even the tailors expect that.

As some of you know, ill be going to Pakistan. And we are going to stay in Islamabad, so i was wondering how is the shopping in Islamabad, and which stores should i visit? Im mainly thinking of clothes, shoes and etc... Is there anyone who could help me out?
Islamabad has some really nice shops for clothes...I will check the name of those markets and let you know. But i know that one shop is called "China Shop" and they have amazing prints. I remember going to that shop ever since i was a kid and my parents would get me those amazing exclusive girls wear they had in pure silk. Even now whenever we go to Islamabad that shop is a must stop. It is indeed very expensive but i think for you it will be ok since you are going to be paying in dollars-lol. And ofcourse when you are getting a good quality and some exclusive prints you won't mind paying little extra for it. In that same place there are some other nice shops too...one is for hand painted suits...damn i can't recall the name rite now.
I have been to almost every city of pakistan and loved all of them but i always felt shopping in Lahore was the best...but ya everytime i shopped at Isl i found something different which was always pleasant. But those are mainly party wear in chiffons and silks. I havent seen any fancy ones except in the boutiques they might have those.

i was there in feb-march with my daughter,,she bought stuff from,khadi,junaid jamshaid,adnan, chenone ,BREEZAY ,lot of silk and chiffons from f10 markaz,,chappals from stylo and ahsan,, yia kaam walay kapray ,in f10 markaz in basement there r lots of kam walay loug,,,ill post some pic INSHALLAH

Sadia app islamabad a rahi hain .abhi meri behenMarriedNY ain thin aur taqriban sari shopping Islamabad say ki Desighner ki out lets bhi hain jin may,Amiradnan,sobia nazeer,junaidjumshaid,Jinnah supper main hai is kay ilawa aur bhi bohat hain lawn achi laini hai to G.10 ki market bari pari hai pure swiss voil aur lawn say .F.10 may bohat achay hain .f.10 may Ehsan chappal bhi khul gai hai.

alot of people i know in isloo go to pindi or lahore to shop for weddings.
