Shoes to wear with suit?

what kind of shoes will you guys prefer for your wedding suit … i was looking around today and really liked these shoes from Kenneth Cole (reaction) …but they were without laces and my friend said that they wouldnt go with the suit ?
what do u folks suggest ?

i do not understand ure friends comment.. they woon't go as they do not have laces .. what ??

he was suggesting something more formal ... some thing with laces and more formal look .. he said that these were good for office but not for wedding ...i had my heart really set on these , so i am asking you folks to suggest that if this will be a good choice :)

yeah there are other shoes which do not have lacces and still better designs . i think they look better. :)

I agree, simple black with laces will work best. The shoes you chose are too casual. How about these?

are you wearing a suit or a sherwani? Suit then definitely go w/ shoes w/ laces.
