I am not sure about size 11/12 but we have installed 3 of these ikea shoe cabinet at our entrance. Its holds my 9.5/10 size shows pretty ok (I have only 1 out of 9 drawers )

Boots are alway a problem, so I have installed regular shoe rack in our garage. something like this

I like the third one did u get it from Ikea?
