Re: Shocked after watching this !

:hayaa: what a difference!

Re: Shocked after watching this !

It wasn't brilliant....she could've done a better job.

Re: Shocked after watching this !

^lol, i agree. but you can't do much in 5mins. she also didn't do enough for the eyes so they still looked kinda sunken and small.

if anyone wants to improve on this, it's not a good idea to apply makeup immediately after moisturising for starters. then start with doing the eye properly - concealer, possibly a brightening pen, base for the lid (i use a MAC paint, it in a light neutral colour, it brightens the lid as well as acting as a shadow). then the rest of the face (foundation/powder/blush or bronzer) before finishing off the eyes with mascara and then lips if you need it.

Re: Shocked after watching this !

very nice done in 5 mins........natural looks still matained

Re: Shocked after watching this !

She took 6 minutes on a fast forward speed, which is probably 135% of normal speed and that comes to around 12 to 15 minutes.

Re: Shocked after watching this !

oh yea. i wasn't sure but i just re-watched, it is slightly sped up.

man, i can do much better makeup than that in 15mins!

Re: Shocked after watching this !

^Indeed.

Re: Shocked after watching this !

She really covered up her acne really well though considering she didn't cake foundation on!

Re: Shocked after watching this !

^yeah, the powder worked well because the tinted moisturizer acted as a primer and helped it stick on.

Yes except the forehead.

Re: Shocked after watching this !

mein to itna bhi nai kar pati, phir bhi not much diffrence

which brightening pen would you recommend and how would you use it stoppit? thanks!

Dior Skinflash or YSL touch eclat. Personally I prefer Dior but a lot of people like YSL so you should try both. The shades for YSL were a bit off for me, whereas I use Dior in II candlelight and if I apply it with no other make-up on, no one can tell I have anything on. I also prefer the texture of Dior; YSL is too heavy.

I conceal the under eye area first using my regular concealer, then tip my face down a bit and the edge of the dark circle becomes very obvious in the mirror. I apply light dots all the way from the inner corner up to next to the side of my outer eye and blend (upwards too) with my finger by patting.

It can also be used for contouring or making the lips look fuller.

p.s. love your avatar, hottttt

Re: Shocked after watching this !

^ Wow me too! Exactly the same! Lol

Re: Shocked after watching this !

i recently got a sample for an under-eye-cream by Bergman from Douglas ... it's supposed to be for "Serious" dark circles ... but i dont know if it works for that so well .. but iv been really loving it for how it leaves my eyes so bright! .. they attract all the light around possible! the cream itself is a very nice texture and absorbs nicely, doesnt leave my eyes oily at all ...

and used in combination with my SUPERCHEAP studenthood concealor from HEMA (which by the way conceals perfectly!) ... it does wonders! wow wow wow ...

but that stupid bergman cream i am assuming is very expensive :( ... i also got a sample for their scar repair serum ... i have a feeling it's working, only after using 4 days!

i also got a sample for a chemical peel by some swiss company la-prairie ... havent used that yet ... i dont know if i want to ... but then i came across these 2% salicylic liquid/gel/lotions by Paula's Choice ... i have a temptation to get that...

dont know where to find the normal salicylic/glycolic peels in netherlands ... dont want to pay shipping costs :LB: ... any idea where i can find them in the surrounding ... or what kind of shop i can get them from ... would any brand be reliable in that regards then? or is that not a question in case of these peels? they should be pretty standard chemicals no?

Re: Shocked after watching this !

Just wondering how much time does it take you girls to do an everyday makeup - just "just wanna step out" kinda make up ...????

I do it less that 2 minutes.. I mean eyeliner, lipstick, power foundation, that's it....

Re: Shocked after watching this !

She didn't change amazingly. the coverage wasn't excellent just so so n i hated her lipstick/gloss. see her other videos. she doesn't know how to hide her flaws as well as some other gurus.

ok if i really hav to run out fast. i'll put moisturizer, suscreen, lil powder to balance the greasiness from suncream, lip stick. if even faster ....i'll just go out with sunscreen :)

Re: Shocked after watching this !

Umm the coverage was ok considering she was just using tinted moistriser n powder...I usually do my make up in 6-7 mins thought depends on style...
