Good article. I never knew Nutan and Tanuja were sisters. They look so different.
In my opinion Nutan is one of the most talented actress in Hindi film industry.
Her role in "Main Tulsi Tere Aangan ki" was the best. Other good roles were Sujata, Bandini, Seema.

Yes, I agree with you guys. Hindi movies ridicule your intellect.Boy meets girl, run around trees, find somebody to trouble them, the hero "dishum-dishums" all the evil and they live happily ever after. Same story decades after decades. How uncreative acn the Hindi Movie Directors get ?
Having said that, there have been some good interesting and different movies also e.g. Izazat,Satya,Ankush,Bazaar among others. Some how the movie wallahs never got them going for too long .

To each their own, I'm sure nobody held a knife to anybody's neck forcing them to watch any Indian movies...so don't watch if you don't like it.
There are some who may feel that those who write on gupshup need to "get a life"
Perhaps the real need is to get a mind to tolerate differences. :)
