you two really need to straighten up ur posts. if i were asking for a guy's work out video i would put in large big red (not pink) letters " i am asking for exercise only, and by exercise i mean ab work out"
Dude I am an athlete. ab work out is not a "work out" for athletes. May be for fashion models.
It ho ever is tiny, really tiny part of an athlete's work out.
