PCB sending Shoaib and Asif to England once again, clearly shows that it is saving them from life bans. The secret test must have revealed that their results will be positive, that is why as a cover up, PCB is sending them to England again, so it can claim that both are still injured and can't play. This way PCB will be allowed to send reserves for them and save life time ban as well.
