Its going to happen soon. Shoaib is set to be trashed by Sehwag. After the match what you would see is
A man running after shoaib. That man would be Saeed Anwar, whose record (194) was broken by Sehwag, bcoz of shoaib’s bowling.
Inzi is mad, wishing he could run after shoaib too, But only if he could run.
It aint gonna happen.
As strange as it may sound, something in me really enjoys when I see Shoaib getting hit for a six.

It is the attitude.
Its like all women in USA were Happy when Martha Stewart was convicted.
Well Shewag thinks so.
Sehwag aims for new record](BBC SPORT | Cricket | Sehwag aims for new record)
**India batsman Virender Sehwag has set his sights on scoring the first one-day international double-century during the forthcoming Asia Cup.
United Arab Emirates could suffer on Friday when India open their campaign in a day/night match in Dambulla. **
“If I stay at the crease for 50 overs, I can score a double-century,” said Sehwag, preparing for his 91st ODI.
Pakistan opener Saeed Anwar holds the limited-overs record with 194 against India at Madras in 1997.
Sehwag’s personal best is 130, made against New Zealand in Hyderabad last November.
“In fact, a lot of batsmen can do it provided they bat full 50 overs,” he added.
“It is certainly not easy to score a double-century in one-dayers, but it is also not impossible.”
India have been placed in Group B along with the hosts and the UAE. Pakistan, Bangladesh and Hong Kong are in Group A.
The top two teams from each group go on to a super league phase, facing each of the other three with a place in the 1 August final at stake.
Pakistan beat Sri Lanka in the final the last time the tournament took place, in Dhaka four years ago.
“It is a tough competition with some strong sides in the fray,” said Sehwag.
“No one can predict the winner but we have prepared well and are looking to win the tournament.”
I've a feeling Sehwag will flop in this series.
So, who is running the fantasy?
I think sachin will be unstoppable in this series.
I want to see his old form.

Agreed. If we have three good teams playing each other (like in tri series in holland) this would be a good idea. But for some matches where everyone will pick mostly pakistani players because they are in a much easier pool.
Re the topic at hand, Sehwag might be able to do it but not against pakistan.
Of late Sehwag has become Shoib Akhter of India. He speaks too much. He needs a coaching class in humility from Dravid.
I dont think Sehwag said "O yeah I am gonna show lower ballers that I am the man" all he said was that he feels like achieving a new goal and to him its possible cuz he will stay all 50 overs
Re: Shoaib vs Sehwag
Robert, u seem to have nice imagination....but wake up...u r in the real world....and in the real world, sehwag doesnt have the guts to scores more than 150 in ODIs...the only ones to break this record in my view are Ricky Ponting or Brian Charles Lara...

Nothing to do with guts Bhai Shahib. What do have to have to say about his triple hundred in the test. He has a good chance. In fact openers are the most likely. The opportunity to sore quick runs in the first 15 overs is very essential to score a 200 in an ODI and I think I would be done by one of the opners. Some one like Chris Gayle, Mathew Hayden, Adam Gilchrist, Verender Shewag, Tendulkar , Gibbs.
If a middle order player like, Ponting or Lara does manage it he has to come in early and utilize the first 15 overs.
Am I beeing an illusionist, if I hope that one of the Pakistani batsmen scores 200 against Hongkong?
^ I would start at 100 considering our batting :D
why is sehwag opening his mouth like this? people who talk big usually flop. as some one mentioned, he should be coached in classiness by dravid or sachin.
although, he didn't say "i WILL score a double-century", so i guess its not that bad. but insinuating that it is probable is pretty stupid.
all my comments will be null and void if sehwag actually breaks 200. i will gladly eat my words.
I say Good Luck to both of them... Shoaib A. better do somethin.. or else.. he should be out of National team.... i dont have alot of hopes for pakistan.
i dont think Shewag have enuff charm to make double century... but mayb i m wrong..and i think he just wanna pressurize shoaib A. by makin sucha a statment..

Oye... He didnt make any comment on Shoib. He said he will try to make 200 against one of minnows.
His best chance is against UAE. Any bets?
BTW, UAE has announced a bonus of $1000 for the bowler who takes Sachin's wicket. That is cheap for taking the wicket of one of the worlds best batsmen.
