pretty good. he is doing so well at no.3 .. i wonder why younis is playing at no.3 now and malek is batting lower down the order widout any success. he must bat at no.3 in india series .. younis has failed against england .. i thought bob woolmer was keen to play malek as no.3 but oh well .. we will see what happens next ..

Malik was a big thorn in India's side on the last tour. Won atleast a couple MoM awards. But his form and confidence as of late is poor, I hope he can turn things around.

^ Actually no.3 and opener aren't too different in Pakistan cricket :). Woolmer says he would like to stick to Malik as an opener in tests.

one good innings and shoaib malik will haunt indians this time too, he is very familiar with their bowling attack, I think bazid should also be given a chance up the order as he seems to have a sound technique and good temperament

Malik iz out of number 3 cuz we already have strong middle order batsmen so we need sum hitter who kan kome later n hit the ball hard, n malik iz not good at hittin hard later
