Lance is now sueing Graeme and the South African board. He claims that he turned down other offers as he was led to believe that he would be playing in the tour(SA to ENG) and would still be in the team. That's against the board. He's sueing Smith for the comments he made against him and claims them to be slaunderous. I was gonna make a point of that anyway but you brought it up so no need to say anything else about it seperately. :p
