Well, the way Shoaib and Yousuf were going after Afridi, Hafeez and Misbah, they obviously had an agenda which goes beyond cricket. It could just be harmless banter to spice things up and make a few bucks
The fact is Afridi took wickets at crucial times..his batting was idiotic as always

Agreed Shoaib Akhtar should not have used that word.
But he makes a very valid point right at the beginning: Compare how Misbah handles criticism versus how Shahid Afridi handles it. It has a lot to do with education.
One should learn to take criticism for bad performance with an open mind and not always see it as a personal attack or insult
Afridi bowled very well in the two ODIs; can justify his place in the the team on the basis of his bowling alone but criticism remains of his irresponsible batting. The way he bats he should be used to such criticism. It is not even about his below-par batting average of 23 in ODIs but the brainless fashion in which he throws away his wicket time and again. Despite having played 360 odd ODIs he STILL doesn’t know how to take responsibility or show maturity with the bat. He will play a stupid shot and get out regardless of whether 5 wickets are down for not many runs on the board or whether 20 overs are still remaining in the innings! This is the biggest criticism of Afridi
And if he considers himself only a bowler these days then he cannot occupy an all-rounder’s batting position (#7) in ODIs. He should bat at 9 or 10. Let Hammad Azam (or someone-else) prove himself as an all-rounder

Sir I disagree, Social learning and parental upbringing are important but education also facilitates thinking and social conversation skills
