I think I mentioned this to you in other post too - I know more about what Indians think than a Pakistani living in Netherlands who has never stepped foot in India.

If what you say is true, Shiv Sena would be in power in Maharashtra. The fact that they are not proves that no one cares for what they have to say.

This is more a reflection of free speech than a refutation of democracy. Shiv Sena are a bunch of bigoted idiots who always spout nonsense. Equal opportunity idiots, though - this time the nonsense is about Shah Rukh, at other times, they have happily targeted Hindus, North Indians, South Indians, even their own super Marathi Manoos, Sachin Tendulkar.

I feel for Shahrukh. He spoke at he wrong time perhaps as his movie (my name is khan) is releasing in 10 days or so that he is banking on.

Now Amitabh also gave some positive comments about Pakistani cricketers, lets see if Shiv Sehna and their followers do the same with him .... might not because he does not have "Khan" in his name as per Shiv Sehna ...
