yeah there are other places that carry it besides Sephora, but the question is, do they give free samples? I feel like its too expensive to buy without testing it for a little while to make sure its working for you...

Macys that have shesido counters - give out free samples of every product. They have samples for masks, serum and even a sample that countain 3 packets for cleaner, toner and moisturizer.

Just have to ask.

I have some freckles on my nose and cheek area...and a friend recommended this product. Within two months of its use, I noticed a difference. I only used the face wash and the moisturiser. I have a fair complexion and it was even more fairer which I wasnt too sure about but my freckles were definitely less visible. I used it for over an year when one day I went to check out Clinique...the lady there was totally against the white lucent product and told me that prolong use will make my skin layer thinner and cause more sun damage...I bought what she said and opted for Clinique but I still think that Shishedo gave awesome results....

i had some of the serum left over that i never finished, so i just have used that for the past 5 days along with the imulsion moisturizer and my skin looks so glowy already ... i dont know why i stopped using it in the first place.

I would find it really hard to believe anything other makeup artists/sales associates say b/c they have to sell their products.

yeh. the primary reason i choose shiseido products over any other skincare brand is because its japanese and i consider japanese skincare to be the best in the world. and really if this were true, this product would have disappeared long ago, u would definitely not be seeing this in the US markets.

Wow you are very lucky to have experienced such great results. I've been regularly using the brightening eye cream and it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference to my circles. And the Spot serum turned out to be a waste of money for me:(( I suppose not everything works for everyone. But glad to know it worked well for you

There's almost no eye cream that will work on dark circles if they are hereditary.

good point. mine are more related to my work routine and aren't hereditary. But if you are selling a product, tau kuch farq tau parna chaheeay. I wasn't as disappointed with the Shiseido white lucent eye treatment as i was with the serum. I thought it was WAYY too expensive for something that didn't even work ( at least not on me). The eye cream at least hydrated my eye area without causing any irritation :) but oh well. I've never had any high expectations from topical creams. If they were so effective, why do suppose ppl run to cosmetic surgeons ;).

hey guys i bought the 1-2-3 shiseido skincare line after reading this thread...it's been 3 days but I've been getting more pimples than ever (and I usually have clear skin)
Maybe it doesn't suit me..or did this happen to everyone in the beginning? I think I might need to end up returning it if this isn't normal...

Yeh I really wanna know about that. I've read great reviews about it online such as glowing skin right after one mask but feel that's unlikely.

not all products are suitable for every skin.. if you're breaking out then maybe you should stop using it. i remember using shahnaz hussain's supposedly herbal mask and moisturizer.. i bought it after reading great reviews and especially since her products are very popular all over.. but they made me break out like crazy and i stopped. i never had acne before either.

i bought shiseido's white lucent range a couple of months before i got married but i never used it because the lady had told me to use major sunblock protection with them.. i guess i got lazy and didn't have much time to layer up stuff.. i used it only once and it felt too heavy on my skin =( so i ended up returning it. im glad you have such a good experience with them. one of my aunts who had major discolorations on her face used some serum by elizabeth arden and that too helped her skin clear up so much.

After reading about it, I am trying a sample nowadays and I must say tht I think it has lightent my spot. I dont know if its in my head or not .. but hopefully it IS working :)
