apniisp.com = is it legall??

Re: Shiraz Uppal’s Album (Merged)

very good album. :k:

instead of the tera tey mera mera tey tera type of cheapo songs, his new album is richer in sound and quality. I always thought he was a good singer, just his song selection which caused him to be held back from being mentioned with A-list singers of pakistan.

Re: Shiraz Uppal’s Album (Merged)

Interesting article on him here.

Apparently daddy was in the army, and got him his first guitar…

Re: Shiraz Uppal’s Album (Merged)

Seriously this album rocks :k: The hard work this Uppal guy has put in clearly shows, I mean you have everything here from blues to filmi to sufi stuff, even a rocking middle eastern number! – and they’re all authentic in their individual genres.

Bollybuster’s picks:

Saiyaan Ve, coz I’m such a sucker for Arabic/oriental music
Milne ko – if that’s Shabnam Majeed in there, it’s incredible how amazingly different she can sound from the usual film numbers given to her.
Jhuki Jhuki is fantastic as we all know by now…

Support the dude by BUYING his album [the original one] and not just burning the ripped tracks online!
