Does anyone have an idea how much it would cost to ship a PDA from the states to pakistan? I’ve looked at many online websites, and most of them ship to pakistan @ very high rates (~ $80). On ebay there are some which ship cheaper, but the variety is much lesser and most of the PDAs are used. So I was thinking of ordering one to someone in the states and then having it shipped here. Does anyone know how much that’ll cost me? Also, would I have to pay any other charges or can goods be shipped out just like that?

bhai, get it from either dubai or pak, cuz u will have trouble with after sales support...thinking of gettin a treo or imate?

in pak, either PDAs aren't available (the latest ones) or they're too costly (a tungsten E is around 11,500 Rs... ~ $200). Maybe i'll try the dubai option, but i've found the best deals/variety are available online. And anyway i wont be able to try out the device, if i have someone buying it on my behalf in dubai..
Nah, not treo or imate, i was thinking of the Palm TX, or maybe the HP 1945.. i dont like pda/phone combos too much...

i know one place in Khi tho, you can try out any kind of PDA's and after sale service is Awesome. lemme knw if u interested, ( but dont compare online prices with Duabi & Pak)

I really want a PDA too and hate the phone/pda combo stuff. Maybe ebay? I'm also curious, do the customs give you any hassle when you have a PDA shipped here?
