I've shipped suits to India before and I believe it can still be easily done. Never had an issue.

I am based in India and have ordered from Gul Ahmed's site, Sanaulla, Onlinebazaar.pk, and also some home-based vendors and have never faced any issue. However, I've had to pay customs duty quite a few times and that goes upto 30% of the product cost. (The customs office open all parcels and estimate the cost price themselves.)
