My hair has become very dry. I use hijaab so it doesnt get any sun light at all. or any fresh air. I wash it 2-3 times using shampoo containing silicone. use a conditioner that softens the hair.
I am also loosing quiet a lot hair which is not good at all. docter told me I lack b-vitamin after blood test. so now I am taking vitamins to cover it.
I dont oil my hair regularly. should I start doing it?what else can I do to make ti appear more beautiful???
I am getting married and he hasnt seen my hair cuz of my hijaab so I want it to be perfectly groomed when he sees it.
I think putting oil on your hair would help the dryness and the overall condition of the hair.
When are you getting married? (Congratulations on your engagement by the way).
I've been having the same problem with my hair - usually, my hair gets tired of whatever shampoo I've been using after like a year, and then I have to find a new one.
I'm using Fructis and it sucks.
I would recommend Biolage, but its pretty expensive - like 12 bucks a bottle on sale. But it doesn't make the hair sticky or anything.
For dryness - just drink a lot of water - are u drinking like 8 glasses of water a day? You need to be drinking like 2 liters or so at least in one day.
use Rogane-e-badam as a oil u can get it from any desi store . And u can also use for shiny hair 1 egg yolk mix with 2 tb/s of mustard oil once in a week, it also works for falling hair.I also use it every week and my hair r now stop falling
Coconut oil is also supposed to be good.. Sometimes the hair being tied up all the time can cause problems too.. so when you are at home, try and go in the backyard and let your hair get some sun.. or atleast wear it loose while you are in the house
Since the doctor told u already that u'r lacking Vitamin B, hopefully you've already started taking Vitamin B regularly.
As far as the dryness is concerned, try to oil u'r hair at least once a week. If possible, massage oil on the roots, and leave it overnight once a week. If for whatever reason u can't keep it overnight, try to leave it on at least 3-4 hours. I personally use Amla hair oil.....Coconut oil is really good too. If u'r hair is dry even after oiling it once a week then try to oil it more often.
Like someone else said earlier, when u'r at home, try to go to the backyard and give u'r hair a little bit of sunlight and fresh air.
Also, diet and stress play a role in the loss of hair too....so if u don't already eat plenty of fruits and veggies, add that to u'r diet. And try to relax....start meditation or something.....with your upcoming shaadi, I'm sure the stress isn't helping things.
I thot wearing hijab made ur hair better condition? When I wore it, the condition certainly improved; it grew longer and faster in two months than it did in a year.
