My husband has this problem…he was on a walk/run program but is not able to continue it because of the pain infront of his lower legs. What alternate exercises and workouts are there?or what can opted to reduce or heal this problem while, at the same time, continue running?

Taking a break might be the simplest solution - even though he wants to continue running.
