it is one absolutely smoking hot dinner meal and easy dinner dish & can be made in a crock pot, as well.
ingredients
bell peppers - red yellow green - 2 each chopped and diced
tomatoes 3 medium diced
onions 2 large chopped
ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
green chilies small 10 finely chopped
potatoes 2 medium peeled cut and diced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp yogurt
garem masala 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
fresh coriander 4 stems’ leafs
1 lemon ( squeezed juice )
2 cup boiled shrimps
instructions
fry chopped onions in the oil until brown. add salt, chili powder and garem masala.
add in the spices and cut tomatoes, and bell peppers in the curry masala.
then add shrimps.
stir for a few minutes. add yogurt and green chilies.
lid for half an hour.
remove from the crock pot or stove top.
place in a corning ware dish.
garnish with coriander.
finally add on lemon juice for shine and sour taste.
