Also, what serves as FBI (intelligence and policing agency) in Pakistan? FIA ? ISI and IB etc can only abduct and disappear people like CIA, but then there is bhangra over BLA terrorists who just got that treatment. Take your pick.

I agree with you that IB and other civilian intelligence organizations have become useless over the years, politicians use them for their own political use.
