Shikanjbeen VS Lemonade

I know that we add black pepper and salt in Shikanjbeen and to me, shikanjbeen tastes sweeter while lemonade is more sour ..

is that because lemonade needs lemons while shikanjbeen is made out of lime

Is there any other difference ..

Yeah, one is desi and the other is not.

I think u add rock salt (kaala namak) and zeera to shikanjavi

I add sugar and salt until the taste is balanced and you cant tell which is which :rollseyes:

wait a minute ladies. It does not make a difference if its made out of lemon or lime? Shikanjbeen is made out of lime, lemonade out of lemon ..
