What is the difference between “Niyaz” and “Tabarak” and “Hazre” and all that (pardon my spellings.)?

i am talking about food if you do get what i am asking …

What are these terms? - Places, events, occasions or acts.. plz

I could be totally wrong here since I do not practice Nayaz myself but I think the food people pray over when doing 'nayaz' is called tabarruk. Also I think the sweet stuff that people get from those 'mazars' is called tabarruk too.

Again I could be totally wrong in my guessing :)
