Hey…this is address to those who prescribe to the shia madhab…im not shia but its a question addressed to them…
One of my Iraqi friends constantly goes on about the subject of Mutah…such that we now call him Ali Mutah…Just out of curiousity are their specific conditions for it…cos with my friend he is simply horny and wants to have sex the ‘Islamic’ way…hes slept with one girl through this process…she wasnt a virgin so he said he didnt need her parents permission…just two witnesses and a Shaykh who specify the length of the arrangement…also obviously not in relation to my friend but can people use this process when they are married…cos i swear the adulterer can just say he is shia every time…would save a lot of Iranian girls getting stoned to death lol…sorry if i seem disrespectful…its just my friend hardly makes it seem respectful…he jokes about 1 hour contracts and the such so im just wondering to what extent this is true…thanks

lol don't worry Mutah is of no interest to me...my friend tried to convince me to become shiah based on this...iv never been so annoyed...i don't like to justify sin by Islam like some people...and hate it if people sin and they know it in their hearts yet justify their actions by Islam...if i sin i sin...i know i'v done wrong...i don't justify my actions...i just say i'm weak...allah knows my neeyat...so fornication via Islam isn't really an option for me...i just wanted to disprove my friend...or maybe in his madhab it is fine...in my opinion it is a shameful thing to do and im sure islam doesnt justify based upon my friends reasoning of she s***d good d*k...People use Islam to justify a lot of things...lol my friend knows a guy in Tooting who says we live in Dar al Haram(Land of War)...so we can take concubines and booty(money not derriere)...which in turn justifies fornication and credit card scams...i just say admit that you fornicate...you are weak and you are short of money so you steal...dont say that while your getting jiggy with some sikh gal that you are following the sunnah of the prophet...just my thoughts you see...and i see mutaah in the same way
