No brother, I think you've misunderstood me (and Imam Abu Hanifah's words) .
He ** didn't ** say that person * BECOMES * a Kafir, rather he said he ** * COMMITS * ** Kufr.
And a Muslim cannot be declared a Kafir by just about anyone. In an Islamic society governed by Shari'ah, he'll be taken to the ** court ** and given ** evidence ** to convince him to change his stand. If he merely changes his stand by his ** TONGUE ** that'll be enough to free him, and there will be no inquiry regarding what's actually in his heart.
But, if he remains adamant, and refuses to change his stand ** EVEN AFTER ** being given the evidence against him, ** then ** he'll be declared a Kafir or whatever depending on the circumstances and his views.
And, if a person does not know the ruling of Imam Abu Hanifah, or does not know about the truth of the Shias, do you think he'll be held responsible for that ??? Islam is a very gentle religion bro !
What upsets me is that people spread rumors about shiasm without any references… Shia believe quran in incomplete…nauzubillah…brother we believe in the same quran as everyone else… and quran itself witnesses that

I wonder what world have you been living in man… even as a minority its shias that are mostly victims of sunni terrorism..how often do you get to hear sunni mosques bombed as compare to shias eventhough they are a minority???
A lady used to throw stones at Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H. and one day she didn’t… and when he find out she was sick he went to her ayadat… thats the sunnah of Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H.

Just a bit of advice..rather then spreading rumors about others…because thats what I have mostly seen in this forum every other thing people has to say about shias is just a rumor…how about let everyone practice their own believes and let God be the judge.
