Makrani, Hz Ayesha R.A lived till Hz Ali’s khilafah, so you don’t know if this hadith is from after the ijmaa ul Quran.

Point I was trying to make here is that Prophet’s pbuh wife was implying that the Quran up until that moment was wrong or incomplete.
