The similar kind of thing which you call "bakwas" has also been put forward by number of people (male and female) whom you venerate and those incldues Ayesha, Hafsah, Umar, Usman, etc. (I have many times given the list all those Sahaba and Tabayeen who advanced statements of Tahreeef in Sunni sources).

I am a SUnni girl and quite recently acme to know that my father is actually a wahabi and my husband that my father adores is a shia. One Allah, One Quran and One prophet and that makes a person a Muslim. Other than that ONLY Allah knows who is right and who is wrong. My husband is the ebst husband I could ask for and prays five times a day. Whatever u wanna call him, SHia or just a regular muslim, it's fine by me, he is definately a better person/Muslim than I am.
