On Saturday, Shmuel Dahan and Almaliach Naor, led Unicoi County Sheriff Kent Harris on a high speed chase.
After the men were taken into custody, officers found a “learn to fly” brochure in the truck, leading to concerns about security at the nuclear fuel services plant in Erwin.
Harris said a witness brought troopers a vial the men had thrown out of the truck. Harris says when it was shaken, the thick liquid in the vial became warm.
The sheriff said Dahan gave officers a fake Florida driver’s license and Naor gave them a fake identification card.
