It is real, but no big deal. Pakistan has been manufacturing these for over a decade, but they are now obsolete. The Sher is soon going to be replaced by the Al-Talha.
Is Al-Talha of chinese origin or pakistani? and whats exciting about that picture??
Al-Talha is a copy of an American design that was never put into production in America. Italy and Turkey, amongst others, are countries that use the same design in their armies.
The Al-Talha is very similar to the Sher except for some slight improvements, such as firing slits in the side to enable troops being carried inside to discharge small arms fire without exposing themselves. It is made indigineously in Pakistan.
