Jihadi terrorism on the other hand is not an internal matter, as it crosses international boundaries and affects all of pakistan and the entire world. Guys, let's not miss the facts of history here. Pakistan has a unblemished record of miscalculating Indian response and capabilities - they start mis-advenures and then express surprise when hit back seriously. Kargil is just one such example.
The other one I can recall is when the Bangladesh liberation war was going on, they attacked various positions on India's western border thinking India has to move troops from the east to counter that....results are well known. India ended up capturing 10s of thousands of miles of Pakistan and then as a good will gesture gave almost all of it back after the surrender by Pak army. Close to 90000 POWS were sent bacl to Pakistan.
It can be emotional for youngsters in Pakistan but what happened happened. You can't change history, have to learn from it. Your own retired military people have written about these losses
