My nails are definitely brittle but they can grow for a bit before they just randomly break (which Is why I don’t want to risk natural nails at the wedding). I’m in a gaon basically right now for school so there’s no shellac place :S (I can’t believe places exist like this lol). I know this sounds bad (don’t judge me) but part of the thing is that I try to keep up with my namaz so I don’t typically get nail polish / acrylics. I really want acrylics for the wedding but I’d like to be able to take them off sooner rather than later because of the namaz issue. I REALLY dont want to paint my nails because I hate the way it looks.

There’s nothing “bad” about keeping up with your namaz…good for you!

I find removing shellac is easier than removing acrylic/gel tips.
There are shellac products available that you do on your own if you want to give it a try. I think Revlon has a two-step process that doesn’t require the UV light.
