I am loving all of the outfits worn by falak !! esp all those colorful flowy kurtas. I wish they'd mention where they are from. remember how in PTV they'd add "mulboosaat: TEEJAYS" in the credits :D

remember, his family is not all that wealthy. if you havent noticed how seema pasha's eyes light up whenever falak's mom talks about money/going to america.
secondly, i dont think the other woman is rushna. she is falak's best friend and knows how she feels about him. but its a drama, anything can happen:)
i really am curious as to who will that woman be...

Actually when i think, it is very plausible for a guy like salman to fall in love like this after marriage. Salman never really interacted with the opposite sex so when the first self-centered and materialistic woman started chasing him, he decided to marry her coz she was gorgeous, the parents loved her and she was exactly like his mommy dearest.
** this is where my hypothesis starts***
The only scenario that makes logical sense as to how he'd fall in love is if he somehow came into frequent interaction(through work etc) with a woman who is the complete antithesis of all the women in his life, i-e down to earth with strong values. He then realizes that all women aren't alike (a comment he often made when he was dating falak) and falls in love with her (remember he said in the last episode that he has no idea how it happened). So far so good, this scenario holds up. but what DOESN'T make sense is how this perfect woman is dating dating a married guy and is accepting super expensive gold jewelry from him? because that makes her sound materialistic and self-centered just like falak.
maybe more will be revealed in the coming episodes, but so far i am pretty unconvinced with where the story is headed

That's the only scenario that logically makes sense to me (given salman's personality) and is an assumption on my part. Salman has been surrounded by superficial women all his life and thinks they are all alike. His wife is gorgeous and crazy about him but he still doesn't love her back. So who could a guy like salman fall in love with? it would have to be someone who is different from the women he's interacted with all his life, who has substance and strong values and then BAMMM he falls in love. This scenario makes complete sense to me, EXCEPT he is showering this girl with expensive jewelry and taking her out on dates. That's where this logical scenario falls flat on its face because the girl sounds a lot like falak now.
so basically the rationalization of salman falling in love isn't making sense to me so far. Umera hasn't convinced me yet
