No I’m not looking for the recipe, mum already made the yummiest sheer khorma ever!
I’m just interested in the name.
First of all, is it sheer khurma or sheer khorma?
Secondly, who in the world came up with this name? It sounds like the title of a scary lollywood movie. o_O
Dunno… just reminds me of something bloody… innit? So what does it mean?

Re: Sheer Khorma
lolzz.....something like Sher Khor?
Well, Mughals invented the recipe and named it Sheer Khorma, a Persian name. In Urdu you call it Sheer Kh*urma(as in book) and in Persian it is pronounced as Sheer Khor*ma(as in door).
Sheer means milk and Khorma stands for dates.
Re: Sheer Khorma
