Yesteryears Bollywood hero Shashi Kapoor has been admitted to a city hospital for treatment of high blood pressure.
Kapoor, 67, was admitted to the Breach candy Hospital in south Mumbai after he complained of giddiness and breathlessness, hospital sources said.
The third son of Prithviraj Kapoor, Shashi or Balbirraj, was born in March 1938 in Calcutta.
The youngest sibling of equally well-known actors Raj and Shammi, the handsome Shashi charmed the country during the 1960s and 1970s with blockbusters like “Sharmilee”, “Kanyadaan” and “Deewar”.
Yash Chopra’s “Deewar” (1975) won him the national best supporting actor award.

In the article it says about Karishma Kapoor, Recently she got engaged with Abhishek Bachchan as the two have been going through since long and finally decided to tie the knot. Both families are happy with this new relationship as Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter, Shweta is already a Bahu (daughter-in-law) of Kapoor family.
old news about engagement, obviously not a recent article…but I didn’t know Amithab’s daughter was married into the Kapoor family. To who?
