Do you readily share your clothes with your friends, cousins etc like for example when they are staying over and need clothes to sleep in.
We always used to in Pakistan among my cousins…friends ke saath kabhee aisa hua naheen ke staying over the nite…lekin cousins hum aapas mein hameshaan share kerte they apnay kapray…phir dho ke dubara pehn lete thay…it wasn’t a big deal…
here in america tho i have noticed ke even some of my desi friends don’t like this practice…usually they’ll just give the other person the clothes permanently ke yaar rakh lo tum…
happenned with me once or twice toh ab isi lyay i always take my own clothes if i am going to spend a nite at one of my friend’s houses…
personally i dont mind sharing my clothes and if i ever say rakh lo its only if the suit is looking really nice on the other person or they like it..not coz they’ve worn it…
it hurts me tho aisee kyaa baat ho gayi aap kee friend ne aap ke kapray pehn lyay toh ke u can’t wear them again???
This must be a girls' thing to do. Every time any of my friends decides to stay over for the night, she walks into my closet and comes out wearing my boxers and T shirt and there is NOTHING I can do about it. I didn't mind it in the beginning but now it's getting to my nerves.
used to share clothes with my sisters - although not through choice most of the time, we used to always be taking clothes from each others rooms. Didn't share clothes so much with friends, occassionally a friend would borrow a top or some jeans etc but it wasn't a regular occurance.
Well when my friend comes over to my place to stay for a nite i always give her clothes to sleep in...and yeah the same thing when i go her place she gives me hers....no big deal for me. But i dun really share/borrow clothes from friends and stuff....and neither do they.
With my friends we know each others hygiene pretty well enough and are comfortable to let them borrow once in a blue moon. I'm very picky when it comes to giving out my clothes to someone on a regular basis. Heh, all of us have this attachment with our wardrobe.
