No they never come to power they only come to Government. and we know what we did to them.
So being PM comes without power? Or did you mean that once they assumed PM'ship they should've been given all-in-all powers of senate, assembly, provincial assemblies, Supreme Court, all army/bearaucrats should've made them king?? Was NS not thrown out of power?
