Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Buland_Khan

Here is a request brother. Please try to project the real meaning of Islam and don't get invloved in useless argumnets. I am perfectly right with someone writting in English or Urdu

I am not a Molvi or Mullah. I have no beard. But I am a staunch Muslim from Inside. Inshallah Islam will rise from Pakistan. The country we obtained in the name of Islam.

God Bless Pakistan

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Sure sir. If you find anything worth mentioning, please post it here. I’ll read it later. BTW, I have to go too. Will be back later.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

yes like you said that is a load of rubbish…JazakAllahukhairan

The messenger of Allah muhammed PBUH. used to set special days for teaching the matters of religion to the women. He also used to permit them to be behind the men in the mosque in order to seek knowledge.

" And Whoever does righteous good deeds, being a male or Female, and is a True Believer, such will enter paradise" (al-nisa 124)

**Sister’s Q’s: is it allowed for Muslim women to attend educational meetings and fiqh study sessions in the mosques?

Response: Yes. It is allowed for her to attend educational meetings, regardless if they are related to practical matters or to matters of faith and monotheism. This is given the condition that she is not perfumed or displaying her beauty. She must also be distant from the men and not mixing with them.

“The best rows for the women are the last ones and the worst are the front ones”

This is because the front rows are closest to the men and therefore, the back rows are better than the front rows. However, if the place of prayer for the women is far from the men and is separated by a wall or barrier, in that case the strongest view is that the best rows for women are the front rows.

Sheikh Ibn Uthaimin.**

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

I thought I’d clarify the views presented on this website about Islam are from Christian perspective, and not from an Islamic perspective.

Here’s what it says on the main page:

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

^^ thank you,

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

It is nearly impossible to implement Shariah in Pakistan, because in Pakistan we have selective Islam.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

//This is because the front rows are closest to the men and therefore, the back rows are better than the front rows. //

Why are the front rows closest to the men and why arent the back rows closest to the men. You are making a fundamentally wrong assumption that the teachers are always men. Why cant we have women teachers who can teach men. There needs to be a paradigm shift in the way you people think. Only then can the muslim world go forward.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Nobody said that Muslim women with knowledge can't teach...

On the contrary Muslim women should teach...they are the teachers...especially to their children...

But that's not your point.....

The Prophet' Muhammad's wives used to teach the prophets companions, specially when he died.

There are numerous Hadiths narrated by them.

But, to protect their honor and guard their modesty they always taught behind a veil / barrier…

"And when you ask them, ask them from behind a screen, that is purer for your hearts, and their hearts"(al-ahzaab 53)

"be not soft in speech, lest those in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire" (Al-ahzab 32)

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Technically, it already is.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Unreliable anti-Islam site.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

^^ yes i know

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Technically Shariah is supreme, lekin we have to make sure the political constitution is framed according to Shariah principles.

Thus, the Constitution must declare Pakistan to be the "Islamic Caliphate of Pakistan", with a Kaliph ruling Pakistan and entering into a bayah (covenant ) with the people.

Furthermore, all the divisions of Islamiyyah government should be adopted: e.g. Amir-al-Jihad, Amir-i-Aalaa, instead of the Western "ministerial" system.

Islamic and Arabic education should be made compulsory for all Muslims. Dress codes should be enforced and a special Mutawali police force set up.

Only then can Pakistan flourish as a great Islamic state.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Actually, the MMA (whose leaders have much more religious education than you or I and thus understand Islam better) , are satisfied that Pakistan’s 1973 constitution as it stood before Musharraf took over is compliant with Islam. Their complaint is that successive governments have consistently ignored every single Islamic provision in there, such as reviewing all laws to make them compliant with Shariah.

http://www.dawn.com/2005/09/14/nat2.htm

Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal president and Jamaat-i-Islami chief Qazi Hussain Ahmed has said that the root cause of problems being faced by the country is the rule of army and bureaucracy… He said the rulers had fully deviated from the Constitution which was Islamic

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Yes, but it needs implementation and strict enforceing.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Forcing people to follow Islam will make them hate it and try to undermine it.

Dawah is needed to persuade Muslims to follow Islam, not jail cells and whips to scare them into pretending to follow it on the surface.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

both is needed, since islamic law must be strictly enforced. at the same time dawah must be made through education system.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

We need law to implement Shariah, force to maintain it in the similar way as any other law is implemented and mantained in the world.

Don't you get fined for parking in a wrong spot? Nobody lets you make a choice to park your car anywhere you want. Once you obtain the driving license, you have to abide by the by lawys and traffic regulations.

Doesn't your land lord kicks you out of the apartment if you don;t pay the rent? He doesn't let you make a free choice about when to pay the rent, RIGHT ? Once you sign a lease, you are obliged to pay the rent every month..

Then why so much 'Choice" is demanded when it come to practicing Islam? Why so much opposition to "Shariah" even being a Muslim? Or we should leave Islam and then oppose "Shariah"....Right?

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

I believe the implementation of Shairah is need of the hour. We are muslims and we should live under the code of life set by Allah(SWT). What I proclaim is what i believe in and what i believe in, I should proclaim it.
Islam is a WAY OF LIFE. Either you live it or u dont. The choice is yours. Since you proclaim to be a muslim. The choice is no more. You have decided to FOLLOW ALLAH(SWT)'s will.
Now stop following the west or western ideas n systems blindly. Make a point of it.

Re: Shariah law in Pakistan

Pakistan is the Islamic republic there is no question about it.But Islamic caliphate will be difficult because we have 20% shias too.one cant ignore them who would they follow when they have ayatollah sistani and ali khameneias rehbars

Giving just arabic names wont help.Nothing wrong with ministers and advisors.why we consider something arabic as islamic. I know the Holy quran is in arabic but think about the millions of arabic coptic christians the maronite of lebanon. They all speak arabic all have arabic names but are christians.

I agree with islamic dressing but arabic with our national and regional languages o

we have to make sure that muslims are educated in the villages then only they will know the shariah.abolish the feudal system because the sardar wont let his people educate.what will he get when some educatd person will question his authority.

It is difficult to impose sharia law I think we should remain islamic republic because sadly the next trend is towards secularism and not shariah. It is better that we remain an islamic republic.Countries like malaysia indonesia bangladesh all have good muslims with their laws.
