Shariah in Pakistan/Pakistan kay naam[Split]

yeh going with the thread,… Federal Shariaah Court today repel the current Alcohol laws in Pakistan - calling them against Hadood laws, great move. I hope they are going to legalize it in coming years, back to 1960’s :k:

But 40 palmtree sticks’ lashing is acceptable? :k: great move indeed. i hope they enforce it whereever and whenever possible regardless of who the sharaabi might be. minister’s son or just an alcoholic “muslim”.

hopefully you’ll be very accepting of all the others laws passed by Federal Shariaat Court too, just like this one

i have no problem with the Shariaah laws, but yes i do have reservations with cutting hand, chopping off the head, legs cutting, stoning to death.. .. etc.. in today’s world/time/environment these are considered barbarians ..

Western style legal system, which took roots from the Ottoman Empire (Millat System) .. their was some reasons they adopt man made + some shariaah laws.. instead of full-fledge Shariaah system.

One way or other we have to choose … that, we have no example except the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) & four Caliphate where Shariaah system worked. Their is None !

So it’s better to stop living in the state of denial, we already see the wonders of Shariaah in Taliban-Afghanistan and now in Sufi’s Swat. That’s enough of pre-screening.

Most of the lovers of Shariaah compliance system thought before that current Alochol laws in Pakistan are Hadood laws, now i have a question to all of them how can Federal Shariaah Court repel them?

Either the mullahs during the time of Zia were wrong & lairs or today’s one eh ?

Re: Pakistan kay naam Mufti Taqi Usmani Sahab ka Aham Pegham!

scared of getting hands chopped off? don't steal
scared of being stoned? don't commit adultry, or violate the country's law.
scared of being scared? relocate i.e. Hijra and move to a country that gives you your rights the way you want them...

why the fuss? :D I hope you do realize you don't get to choose and pick which law you will like to have applied, and which one you'll pass on when it comes turn to apply the law to oneself. :) Either you accept the package or reject it altogether...

PS: It's not as easy as #1 said so, and the court puts the hand on chopping block. that's the misconception. and please don't even cite the example of Afghanistan or whatever. if your examples of Shariah comes from Afghanistan, you really need to study Islam some more.

Its not about getting scare yaar, Saudia/Iran has implemented these laws, and please tell me what kind a best society they produced?

Being a Muslim i can’t reject it, yes i can say i have reservations maybe because i have less knowledge, period. !

I know how the process works, that’s not an issue.

You can take the examples of Shariaah wonders from Saudia/Iran too, does it make difference? :konfused:

Re: Pakistan kay naam Mufti Taqi Usmani Sahab ka Aham Pegham!

It does make a difference, because i don't think there is a pure Islamic nation in existence right now. So, how can a nation which is not purely Islamic, have perfect Shariah laws? That btw includes Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Realistically, where they have strict laws (in your example Saudi/Iran) there are lesser crimes committed compared to other places that have relaxed laws.

Your reservations are your right dude. (Whatever the reason maybe, lack of knowledge or just personal choice). No arguments there.

I’m glad you know the process. :k:

and the last one i answered in the post before.

No such thing as pure islamic nation as people are not flawless and world is not perfect.

Re: Pakistan kay naam Mufti Taqi Usmani Sahab ka Aham Pegham!

^it doesnt mean people are without flaw it means that mainstream religion is implemented. monarchy doesnt even touch upon it.

Re: Shariah in Pakistan/Pakistan kay naam[Split]

See this is why I think our mullahs are idiots. People will drink if they want to. You can't stop them. But hell you can make them pay 500 US dollars extra for a bottle of Ballieys.

Allow people to buy beer and other abusive substances. Just make sure they have to pay a 500% tax rate. Then use that money to develop the country.

Oh yes follow the western rules of alcohol. Not allowed to drink in public or whatever that retarded rule is in the US but you can drink in bars and resturants and stuff.

Stop this childish behavior, Taliban-Afghanistan & Sufi's Swat reference is according to context, i don't see any problem with it.

FYI: I never run to Ehsan Bhai for anything !

Here i agree with you, it will definitely work !
