Well i guess SHareef larka is the one whio doesnt flirt aorund with girls, faithful, respects his parents, doesnt watch bad movies etc......
I think you can find qualities 1, 2 and 3 but the 4th one - i don't know one guy who hasn't or if had the oppurtnity he wouldn't.
I don't know about Shareef- but someon who fears Allah usually has some respect and decency. This applies to girls too
