sharif larka is one who not only respects his family but als respects other people and their families as well.
he is opposite of agressive. he does compete in brutal intense competition with others. he does not start fights with others even if they are the ones to initiate the agressiveness.
he is one jo apne kam se kam rakta heh. he is calm and well mannered.
he is jealous of no one. hee wants everyone to get along. woh bichrewe yaarons ki phir se dosti karadeta heh.
he doesn’t play unfair. he has not an ounce of beimaani in him.
he does not turn into a vengeful monster when scorned.

I think you can find qualities 1, 2 and 3 but the 4th one - i don't know one guy who hasn't or if had the oppurtnity he wouldn't.
I don't know about Shareef- but someon who fears Allah usually has some respect and decency. This applies to girls too
