^Riz, have you had homemade cheese samosay. They’re delicious and they go away fast. In my home, they’re more popular than the meat samosay. And they’re easier to make. Suff em with your favorite kind of shredded cheese…throw in a mint leaf if you want…and fry. They’re so cripsy and gooey. Sometimes I like the thinner pastry sheets better than the denser/heavier samosa shells found in the bazaar…cuz they’re crispier.

So literally just take some cheese and samosa sheets, make the samosa triangle, fill it with the cheese and you’re done? That sounds awesome! Any ideas on what kind of cheese will taste the best? I’m clueless.
