Chicken Pakora:
Chicken Boneless (cut in small pieces): 1/4kg
Vinegar: 1tbsp
Garlic Salt: 3/4 tsp (garlic salt is not necessary so if not then)
Salt: per taste
Garlic ginger paste: 1/2 tsp
Marinate it for 1/2 an hour
Besan: 3 to 4 Tbsp
Salt: to taste but less to normal as its in chicken
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Leave besan for 15 to 20 mins
After marination put chicken pieces in the prepared besan and fry on medium

Try grating potatoes and onions and adding spices and making pakoras.

Brinjal Pakoras.
Brinjal: 1/2 or 1
Salt: to taste usually (3/4 to 1 tsp)
Chlli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Kutta huwa zeera: 1/4 tsp
Ajwain: 1/2 tsp
Cut Thin slices of brinjal with the skin on. Then in a palte arrange them and put all masala on them and leave for 5 mins. After that turn the sides of brinjal pieces so that masala get into all sides. Leave for around 15 to 20 mins
For besan: 4 to 6 Tbsp
Salt: less from taste as already in brinjal
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
Just add the brinjals all together or coat them one by one in besan and fry on medium heat.
