I dont follow fixed patterns because our body requirements/preferences always changing, never the same at all times. So I go by what works for me the best on day to day basis.

These days I know I have consumed too much fatty food in the past 3-4 months so concentrating on cutting down on intake of fats. And due to winter, there was less intake of water and less physical activity. So for me, these are the areas to focus currently.

I have been careless with my diet lately the result of which being a 10 pound weight gain within a year. Really frustrated and now I am trying to incorporate salads into my daily meal plan. Found some good ones here.
