Ok let me broaden it…any and all paranormal stories. 
OK. Here is one from my late mother.
When she was nine years old, shortly after her mother died, Ammi became very seriously ill and nearly died. She says she remembers waking up in the middle of the night during her illness and saw her father sleeping on a chair besides her. She also saw 2 figures near the bed whom she said were jinns. One of the jinns was talking to the other and saying "This very naik man lost his wife recently and now he has also lost his daughter. I feel really sorry for him so I have substituted my daughter for hers and made her look exactly the same".
So, you see folks, I may be half-jinn :)
And if going by the same accord, I’m half churail. Nice to meet you, I surely do. 
I don’t need your stories as I had my own experience. I think I’ve caught covid, yes in Aug 2023!
So I live in my own place and ALONE. Last night I fell asleep without doing my usual zikr. My sinuses were hurting me too much. So around 2am I suddenly find myself in between the state of dreaming but slowly waking up and I hear footsteps in my bedroom. My immediate thought was I remember hearing those footsteps when I lived in my parents home
I then wake up and think why did I hear footsteps, was it just my imagination etc…
I recite my kalima a few times and play out Ayatul Kursi out loud like atleast 15x and I feel safe enough to go to sleep 
then at around Fajr time so 4:55am I’m again in that state of dreaming and waking up when I feel something putting pressure on my bed whilst I’m still laying on it. I don’t see anything.
I just keep doing zikr and repeating to myself fear The Creator and not the creation.
I wonder if anything will happen tonight? Perhaps it was just my imagination brought on due to illness but it freaked me out
I have a handful of experiences that I can't explain. I'll share one for now.
A few years back, in the middle of winter, my wife and I heard a loud banging coming from our basement. This was around midnight. It sounded like someone was banging on one of the walls or the door leading from the garage into the house. I thought that it was possible someone had broken in or perhaps got inside from myself forgetting to close and lock the garage door. So we called 911 and explained what we were hearing from the basement. They asked a few questions to make sure that nobody else should be in there, such as pets or anyone else who might be staying with us, and we confirmed to them that no, there wasn't (supposed to be) anyone in there with us. Shortly after that, they us the cops are on the way, and they'll come up to the back door of the house. Then we heard footsteps in the basement, while we were still on the line with 911, and asked if they've arrived yet but the dispatcher told us they are still about two minutes away. So we barricaded ourselves in the room, and then when the cops arrived, and looked around the property, they said they neither saw any sign of anyone breaking and entering nor were there any footprints in the snow. They didn't find anything (Alhamdulillah) but could see that something had scared us. When I apologized to them, they said not to worry and to call again if we hear anything.
Real life jinns and churails I see, meet and greet every other week or month no problems there. Lekin yeh jo imaginary jinns aur churalein hoti hain inko bulane ka koi khaas formula hou tou please do share
Kya pata they need help while some of us are just busy shoo'ing them away
