Don't forget VMWare, Ghost, MS Office, Trillian and FireFox.

K2, if you're trying to stay freeware-laden you can use Gimp or Paint.net for graphic editing and Audacity for audio editing.

if you mean norton ghost than ofcourse it is a great ware… but i have always a problem with its cluster realocation, i mean there is smthing fishy when norton ghost realocate clusters, or maybe i am not able to configure it. ghost 10 donot support filedisk drivers. but i am satisfied with it (ok only 90 percent)
Fire fox is more sweet , :halo: secure,easy to use but not “verymuch” customizeable and a bit slow…we can say: it is The Explorer

no doubt audacity has its worth, and what about goldwave ?

I've got media player classic all coded but VLC is just awesome. It'll play anything except realplayer extensions.
