^ i agree with you CE. i've tried on top and i didn't like it at all. it's really hard to find a concealer that's in an EXACT colour match, whereas foundation is usually achievable. i wait a while after applying concealer so it it doesn't budge when i apply foundation, but then i only apply a light layer, so a thick concealer on top would look odd.
it really depends on how you do your makeup and how you want it to look and deciding what's best for you!
i have dry sensitive skin so i just use a tinted moisturiser, no foundation, primer or concealer…tinted moisturisers are best to even out the skin tone and give a healthy natural glow without giving that ‘made up’ look.
my fav is Laura Mercier’s sheer genius tinted moisturizer
dior show mascara is absolutely the best, no clumping, goes evenly and lashes don’t stick together like they do with others ive tried so far
last thing i absolutely love is bobbi brown’s gel eyeliner, it is absolutely foolproof, i can never apply eye pencils or kajals in a straight line but this is soooooo easy, it really opens up the eyes and gives a nice smoky look without the harshness of liners or kajals
Aray yaar, even men like to take care of their skin and use beauty products.. like the tip that X2 gave me about not leaving Biore strips on your nose for long and now I make sure I remember it :p
Okay, I went to Sephora yesterday and got MUF HD Foundation, primer (never used primer before) and loose powder. The MUA tried the products on my hands because I dont like people touching my face unelss its a doctor, my best friend or moi.
Adra, If done well it's actually flawless coverage..it's when people apply too much of the concealer and don't blend properly that u get the OD patchy base.
But because of it’s very thick consistency..it cant be used to hide blemishes. they have another concealor to cover up those..I haven’t tried that.
I tried the eve pearl concealor…it was nice but it gave a powdry look after a while…i stil use it sometimes..its a lot lighter then bobby brown..one thing i found about the eve pearl concealor was that it changed color after a while…got darker.
I tried the mac liquid concealor…gives a pretty good coverage…good for if you are going to a wedding or something
any recommendation for eyeliner that I can use in my waterline and will not give me raccoon eyes in two hours or less. I have tried a LOT of products but so far nothing has stayed put. Pls help
I love my pencil eyeliner from makeup forever, it's smooth, it goes on easily but doesnt budge so much. and lately i've been mixing my moisturizer with my foundation, sometimes theres more misturoizer and sometmes more foundation...but i like how i look with it and cuts down a few steps/time.
I like my dior mascara, but i just realized, b/c of hte gulab-arQ in it, it makes my eyes red...does anyone else have this problem??
