Some Tips for loosing Weight..
Actually these are not just tips…infact im sharing my personal experience with u guppies.
I ve been doing combination of Yoga, Brisk Walk and Excercise since last 5 months….and I ve lost 8 kgs. And Im also resticting myself frm BAD FOODS….that is from Empty Calories…(food without much nutrition)…try following these rules..
- for a flat tummy, first rule is do atleast 30 min walk everyday, once u get used to it…develop some habit of spending 15 to 30 min for excersise.. If u are interested in Yoga..then u can visit Bharat Thakur’s website..i did that. Increase time of work outs gradually..do not at once jump to difficult exercises. And to tell u the truth after developing the habit of Yoga,my irregular periods are gone..also i dnt ve any back pains..I used to ve such problems before. Now I spend 30 min for brisk walk and atleast 1 hour for exercise + Yoga.
- Eating Habits: avoid junk foods… deep fried foods…like all yummy burgers and French fries…snacks like packed chips….all these food got ‘Bad Fats’ in it..that is ‘Trans and Saturated Fats’. Stick to ‘Good Fats’ that is ‘Poly and Mono unsaturated Fats’ Nuts have got good fats..but they are also high in calories. But if u eat them in a small quantity they can be a part of healthy diet and in this way u can have ‘good fats’. And dnt think that ALL FATS ARE BAD…we need good fats for Nerves etc…
- Do not Starve plzzzzzzzzzzz….cz when u will starve metabolism will slow down and thts not good..and when u will feel hungry..u wd EAT MORE…and at once u will consume All the Calories which shd be actually taken in divided portions all day… Americans say that eat 5 to 7 times a day…but considering OUR LIFESTYLE AND COOKING HABITS I think eating 3 times a day wd be much beneficial for us.
- I have atleast 1 Roti in my lunch…..combine meals with one portion of Fruit everday.. in this way u can consume 3 fruits per day.
- Breakfast shd be done with some fibre food… like oat meal..there are so many break fast cereals available..BUT DO CHECK THE NUTRITION…stay away frm added sugars.. and check the amount of TRANS AND SATURATED FATS (bad fats) and limit their use.
- Try to have WHOLE MEAL BREAD instead on BRWN bread.
- Ask ur mom to add LESS AMOUNT OF OIL in Desi Salaans.
- Stay away from Canned Foods…again not good for health bz of extra sodium ad preservatives added in it. Try to consume fresh foods.
- Drink a good amount of water every day. I did that. But I never had water during my meal..i used to have atleast 30 min before or after meal.
- Do not eat anything 1 to 2 hours before going to bed. If u feel hungry at tht time u can have a glass of milk. Infact this is the time when I take milk everyday.
- loosing weight doesnt mean tht u shd not have sugar at all…we need tht..our brain need tht..All depends upon how much calories u are taking and how much calories u are burning..and the effective way of loosing extra calories is EXCERCISE…just by starving u canot achieve a perfect goal.
- the failure of dieting is related to ‘going back to previous routine’ when we diet we restrict ourselves frm ALL BAD FOODS and when we think that ‘now im perfect’ we take same BAD FOODS again and regain weight. So its better that when u are trying to loose weight eat healthy and stick to that healthy regime even after u ve lose the desired weight.
Girls my target was not to lose too much weight..i just wanted to tone my body…I really feel healthy now.. and I eat a lot…I mean I eat roti with favorite salan,fruits everday..but yes I ve said bye bye to mac donadls, burger king…coca cola..even DIET COKE, cakes etc… the only thing tht I canot resist are chocolates..and yes I do ve them atlesat twice a week.. and I was never a cheese lover…
