I am inviting you to this thread requesting to share supplication(s) [Duas] from the Holy Qur’an which you read. Please quote the verse with reference and kindly highlight in “green” the part of the verse which you read as supplication (dua).
Walaikumussalam
Dua e mosa in surah qassas..
So he watered [their flocks] for them; then he went back to the shade and said,** “My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.” (24)**
Rabbi AuZeani An Ashshkura niamat-allati an-amta ilayyah wa alaa waalidaiyya wa an a’mala saalihan tardhaahu wa aslih li fee zurriyyati innee tubtu ilaikaa wa innee min al-muslimeen.
And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, ** “My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims.”
Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. "Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us; our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maula (Patron, Supporter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people. " (2/286)
“Allah is sufficient for me. Laa ilaaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.” (9/129)
(21/87
“O my Lord! Open for me my chest. And ease my task for me. And make loose the knot from my tongue, that they understand my speech.”
**2:128) **Our Lord, make us submissive to Thee and make of our offspring a people submissive to Thee. And show us our ways of worship, and turn to us with mercy; for Thou art Oft-Returning with compassion and Merciful.
**3:8) **‘Our Lord, let not our hearts become perverse after Thou hast guided us; and bestow on us mercy from Thyself; surely, Thou alone art the Bestower.
3:16)** Those who say, ‘Our Lord, we do believe; forgive us, therefore, our sins and save us from the punishment of the Fire;’
**
3:147)** And they uttered not a word except that they said: ‘Our Lord, forgive us our errors and our excesses in our conduct, and make firm our steps and help us against the disbelieving people.’
3:193)** “Our Lord, we have heard a Crier calling us unto faith, ‘Believe ye in your Lord,’ and we have believed. Our Lord, forgive us, therefore, our errors and remove from us our evils, and in death number us with the righteous.
18:10)** When the young men betook themselves for refuge to the Cave and said, ‘Our Lord, bestow on us mercy from Thyself, and provide for us right guidance in our affair.’
25:74) And those who say, **‘Our Lord, grant us of our wives and children the delight of our eyes, and make us a model for the righteous.

He said, “My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me,” and He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. (16)surah qassas
for your input. May Almighty Allah rewards you for this. Ameen.
This is also a kind of charity. As long as this thread is viewed (read by us and many others), we’ll receive our share of ajar (Sawab).
Secondly, what you guyz says if we quote supplications (duas) in sequence e.g., chapter-wise? Reason of saying that I read Chapter 2 till verse 250 and inadvertently overlooked verse 128 which quoted by brother kchughtai and that verse by itself is also a supplication (dua).
We all here for learning from each others by sharing our knowledge with each others so I request if we may proceed in sequence, chapter-wise, which will, one way or another, benefit all of us.
**40:7)**Those who bear the Throne, and those who are around it, glorify their Lord with *His *praise, and believe in Him, and ask forgiveness for those who believe, saying: ***‘Our Lord, Thou dost comprehend all things in Thy mercy and knowledge. So forgive those who repent and follow Thy way; and protect them from the punishment of Hell.
40:8)
***‘And make them, our Lord, enter the Gardens of Eternity which Thou hast promised them, as well as such of their fathers and their wives and their children as are virtuous. Surely Thou art the Mighty, the Wise.
