Baam-e-urooj. Something like 'auj-e-Surayyia'. :)
Oonchaaee ki position.
'Fann ke baam-e-urooj tak pohonch jaana' ya 'fann ki mai'raaj ko choo laina'.

auj e suraiya means a little different than baam-e-'urooj:
baam-e-'urooj = a pinnacle [vo a’alaa maqaam jo insaan apne a’alaa fan se Haasil kartaa hai]
auj-e-suraiyaa = a pinnacle [vo 'aalaa maqaam jo insaan apne a’alaa kirdaar se Haasil kartaa hai]
