Re: share regrets of ur life
My dad passed away 3 days before he was to come to USA for the first time. I wanted him to come so I could take him around or just give him a good vacation break from his otheriwse effort full life.
I was away for 5 years from home , was not very close to him when I was in Pakistan. Wanted to make up for that during his visit.
Life takes amazing turns. The day he was suppose to be in USA, I ended up in Pakistan, attending his funeral (well, post funeral stuff cause his burial happened by the time I reached)
Allah knows what is in your heart. Sometimes in our lives we don't tell the people we respect and care for how we feel about them or we don't get opportunities to serve them. That doesn't mean they did not know your feelings or your intentions, especially someone as close as your dad. May Allah give you the strength to overcome that sadness or regret.
